Important Messages

Lots of children in Year 3 do not have a book bag or book everyday. We are having a big push on reading as mentioned in Parent's Evening, so every child needs to have a book bag. If your child has forgotten their book and book bag, the school will call home to request this to be brought in everyday. Book bags can be purchased from the school office.

It is imperative the children need to be read with daily at home as well as in school, to help support them progress in reading. This is to develop both their fluency and understanding. Please refer to the reading area of the school website, if you need help with how to support your child whilst reading.

Bug club has been updated with new book bands based on the children's data. These are additional texts to improve your child's progress.

Maths Shed is currently updating, so please complete this week's Maths homework either on a Google Docs or on a piece of paper to be brought into school.
