Our Autumn Learning!

We have had a great start to Year 6! We have been learning all about the importance of National Parks and have been focusing on Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). In our writing journey, we have also written a narrative based on Bannau Brycheiniog and took inspiration from the myth based on Llyn Y Fan Fach (The Lady of the Lake).

Along with all of our fantastic learning about National Parks, we have also completed reasoning tasks linked to the Rugby World Cup and how to stay safe online! We also celebrated Roald Dahl day and learnt about the importance of raising awareness about Asthma. Finally, we learnt the important skill of being able to put somebody into the recovery position!

Take a look at our learning so far!
