Cymraeg Campus
The Cymraeg Campus (Welsh Language Charter), is a project to encourage the use of Welsh socially in primary schools in Wales, and has welcomed two new characters. The two heroes encourage children to use the Welsh language in the playground, at home and the classroom.
As part of the Charter, we are developing our daily use of Welsh language as we work towards achieving a bronze, silver or gold award. The Siarter encourages participation from every member of the school community - pupils, parents, school governors and the wider community.
Communication is at the heart of modern life – growing up bilingual means that children will be developing skills for life. You can read more about the Welsh Language Charter here.
