We are looking to collect any unwanted, CLEAN socks (even odd ones!) for us to recycle as part of our Enterprise Sustainability Fayre in year 4.  If you have any unwanted socks (white if possible) please send them into school over the coming days

Year 4D - Class assembly Thursday 17th Nov - all families welcome!

 

On Monday 14th November please wear outdoor sports kit (4D only) to school and a warm coat as we will be walking to Cardiff Met for our Trampolining lessons. (4E on 12th Dec)

Urdd Jambori - Cwpan o Byd (28.10.22)

On Thursday 10th November, we will be participating in Yr Urdd’s Cwpan y Byd Jambori. Children in years 2 to 6 will be joining in with 1000 other schools in Wales to sing along to Yma o Hyd in celebration of the World Cup. This will then be broadcast on TV on ‘Stwnsh Sadwrn’ on Saturday 19th November on S4C and available on their YouTube Channel.

Over half term, please have a go at practising the Yma o Hyd song. If you visit the website, you can also see the words spelt phonetically and learn some of the other songs too. https://jambori.urdd.cymru/

Homework task 1 - Celebrating the Fruits of the Holy Spirit

In your homework book or using some creative materials, design a celebration board to promote the 'Fruits of the Holy Spirit'.  The fruits we have been learning about are:

 

 - love,  joy,  peace,  patience,  kindness,  goodness,  gentleness,  faithfulness and self-control

 

Then write at least 9 sentences to explain when you have been guided by the Holy Spirit.  Add pictures of these times to your celebration board.
